The Warm Embrace of Classic Audeze
LCD-2 made Audeze a household name among audiophiles when it launched to rave reviews back in 2009. Now, the relaxed, full, spacious sound that made it a hit is more affordable than ever with our LCD-2 Classic. Still handbuilt in our Southern California workshop, this classic is a headphone worth waiting for.
Full-Bodied Live Sound
When you first listen to LCD-2 Classic you are struck by the realism of the sound, the combination of effortless weight, clarity, and depth it articulates. The realism washes over you, enveloping you in your favorite music without a care to the outside world.
Patented Audeze Innovation
LCD-2 Classic harkens back to the first headphones Audeze sold, with a unique offset magnet array that gives the sound a broad, deep sense of space. The driver tuning lends a tube-like character to the forgiving, yet clear sound signature.
Designed for Comfort
We developed special glass-infused nylon rings for LCD-2 Classic to reduce the weight while maintaining the audible character of the original. With its' ventilated suspension headband and thick, soft earpads, LCD-2 Classic floats gently on your head through album after album.
